Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that uses tuning forks to help bring balance to the body’s electromagnetic field—what we call the biofield.

During a Biofield Tuning session, I use tuning forks around the body to locate areas of dissonance in your biofield. As the forks produce clear, coherent tones, they help your system relax and reorganize into a more harmonious state.

In a pre-recorded group session, I guide everyone through the tuning together—working with the collective biofield while also holding space for individual shifts.

You’ll simply find a quiet, comfortable place to relax (sitting or lying down), and listen to the sounds of the tuning forks as I work. I’ll narrate what I’m noticing in the energy field and offer guidance along the way to help you stay present with your own experience.

In a distance session, the practitioner uses tuning forks to read and adjust your biofield remotely, much like tuning into a radio frequency. Energy isn't limited by location, so the vibrations from the tuning forks still interact with your energetic field, creating the same clearing and balancing effects as an in-person session. Many people find that remote sessions are just as powerful, if not more so, because you can be in a comfortable environment that supports your relaxation and receptivity.
