The type of Life Coaching you’ll receive is called “causal coaching,” meaning that we treat the cause of any problem rather than the symptom. For example, for someone who is overweight, rather than finding solutions for weight loss, we will explore the thought patterns which caused the overeating which led to being overweight. We’ll work with a model that reveals how all of the results in our lives come from our thoughts, how our thoughts create our feelings, and feelings drive our actions and behavior. By bringing your awareness to the power of your own mind, you start to realize you can have any result you want in your life! It just takes awareness and action.

Don’t expect to be told what to do or how to do it. Life Coaching helps YOU solve your own problems. As a Life Coach, I’m there asking the questions that help you figure it out. When we learn how to manage our own minds, we have the power to create whatever we want–maybe it’s to lose weight, be rich, or have the relationship we’ve always dreamed of. Whatever it is you want, you can have it, but you’ve got to do the work to get there!
