Coaching is like GPS for your business. We focus on where you are now and where you want to go. While we may glance in the rearview mirror to recognize old stories or limiting beliefs, the main focus is on moving forward. Through self-inquiry and strategic guidance, I help you tap into your inner wisdom and take aligned action.

I use causal coaching, which focuses on the deeper layers of mindset and belief systems. Rather than just telling you what actions to take, we uncover the thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back. My job is to show you your mind—so you can see what’s really driving your results and shift from the inside out. This makes taking action feel natural, aligned, and effective.

Grow a Thriving Practice includes group coaching calls only, but they’re designed to feel like a 1:1 experience. Other participants are muted with their videos off while you’re being coached, creating a private and focused space. Plus, the beauty of group coaching is that everyone benefits—often, someone else’s breakthrough becomes yours too.

Before each call, members can submit coaching requests. During the session, I coach 2-3 members one at a time, giving each person their own dedicated space. Even if you’re not being coached directly, you’ll gain valuable insights and breakthroughs from listening to others.

On average, there are 6-12 members on each live call. This keeps the group intimate while allowing plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and receive support.

Live coaching calls happen weekly on Tuesdays at 10 AM Pacific Time (US) (occasionally, we may skip a week due to U.S. holidays). You can add it to your calendar as a dedicated time to show up for your business.

Plus, we have other live calls throughout the month, such as Group Biofield Tuning and Coffee Chats, which are generally on Mondays or Fridays at 10 AM Pacific Time.

No worries! All calls are recorded, so you can watch the replay whenever it fits your schedule. If you have something specific you’d like coaching on, you can submit a written coaching request and receive coaching that way— as many times per week as you’d like. Plus, there’s a self-study portion of the program that you can work through on your own time.

I use Biofield Tuning, a frequency-based modality that works with the biofield to shift stuck patterns and restore balance. Once a month, I offer a group tuning session, working in the aether to access and harmonize energetic imbalances for everyone in the program.

Grow a Thriving Practice is a month-to-month membership, so there’s no set length. You can stay as long as you need—whether that’s a few months to get the tools or longer for ongoing support and community. It’s completely up to you!
